To join with me, there is an application form to be filled. There are two options.
Choose your option.
1. Your name (or) The name you want to register
2. The address (with PIN code) of the person registered.
3. Mobile number
4. Date of birth of the person registered.
5. Scanned copy of Aadhaar or Passport or Driving License or Voters ID.
On receipt if the above, I will direct you further.
Step 1: Go to nearby branch office of Vestige. (Please click "Branches" link on top of this page for more information.)
Step 2: Ask for "Distributor Registration Form" or "New Distributor Joining Form" or "Application Form". (Ask for only one set. Each form cost Rs.4. Otherwise they will give you 5 sets and ask Rs.20. There is nothing wrong, but just only one set of form will be enough for you. One set of Registration Form has 3 color forms, White, Light Blue and Pink. A model application form and instructions on how to fill the form is given below. Please go through it.)
Note: Please note that, the application form may not be exactly like this. Some columns may be printed at a different place, but while filling please refer to the relevant column of this picture.
Step 3: After filling, please send the form to me, to the following address. I will fill the Upline ID and Upline Name with the help of my software and submit to the branch. (Once your ID gets logged in, you will get the message on your phone. So, please furnish a working phone number.)

Please remember to send your ID proof and Address proof (PAN card copy and Bank Passbook first page copy with IFS code). Also remember to sign both the copies and the application form.
